Every practice has a story. Ours began with a shared belief in the power of connection, curiosity, and coming back to ourselves.
We’re Erin and Morgan, the owners of Roots of Integrity Counseling. Our individual journeys, both personal and professional, have shaped the way we understand healing and well being. Along the way, we’ve been deeply influenced by the people we’ve encountered, the experiences we’ve shared, and the belief that learning and growth are lifelong processes.
Our practice grew from those roots.
We created this practice as a space to step away from perfection and striving, and instead make room for awareness, authenticity, and presence. A place to notice what’s happening within you, reconnect with yourself and others, and make space for what matters most.

Starting therapy does not require having the “right words” or everything figured out. If you’re considering taking the next step, you’re welcome to begin here.
Rather than asking people to carve out additional time for separate forms of care, this offering creates a shared space where movement, learning, and community happen side by side. Grounded in my professional training and lived experience, the series centers on increasing mind–body awareness, fostering connection, and making movement feel accessible and welcoming. The focus is not on changing who you are, but on creating opportunities to notice, reconnect, and move alongside others in a supportive environment.
